TOOLBOX is a transformative Residency Programme designed exclusively for producers in the arts. Embrace a holistic journey of personal growth and professional development in the company of colleagues. This is a unique opportunity specifically but not exclusively for outdoor arts producers. Designed and delivered by experienced producers, we are proud to have created a programme that we wish had been there when we started out. We believe in the collective power of community and understand the challenges of the role of producer.
Toolbox is:
- A 4-day residency programme led by industry professionals and trainers.
- A series of facilitated online Action Learning Sets throughout the year after TOOLBOX.
- Continued membership with online/IRL events throughout the year, including TOOLBOX TOGETHER, an annual event that brings together outdoor arts producers who have previously participated in TOOLBOX.
