MADE IT is an annual art prize established in 2019 by Short Supply, showcasing the best graduate talent from the North West. Since then Short Supply has been platforming graduate artists and providing them with a crucial springboard opportunity through exhibitions and further opportunities across the region. MADE IT alumni have gone on to achieve impressive things; exhibiting internationally, starting their own collectives and getting on the radar of some of the most exciting artists and galleries in the country.
This year, Manchester-based collective DMZ are producing MADE IT, and we’re looking for graduate artists from the class of 2023/2024 to celebrate your achievements! Hello 👋
We know first-hand that graduating can be a daunting and scary time. We’ve thought about our own experiences, what we would have wanted in those first few months after graduating, and where we are now. With all this in mind, we’re looking to change things up! We want to work with you, to help you and your work shine, bridging the gap between studying and professional practice.
We invite you to apply for this year’s MADE IT. With Short Supply we will shortlist 25 aplicants to exhibit their physical works in a exhibition in Manchester in October – November 2024.
