We are seeking a confident senior project manager, to join our creative and diverse team. This position is a six-months fixed contract with the potential for this to be extended. The Senior Project Manager is solely responsible for monitoring and managing the administration of projects to ensure they remain on track, are delivered on time and to budget.
You will be responsible overseeing and managing multiple creative projects, working with different creative project teams across the studio and an international client base. You will be directly supporting the Head of Production and working closely with Art Directors and artists.
Job Requirements
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience. Strong previous experience as a Project Manager. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience managing clients and project teams. Good knowledge of Adobe In Design, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, knowledge of Streamtime an advantage.
Personal Attributes Excellent communicator and team player. Proactive and willing to contribute ideas.
Job Responsibilities
Oversees the delivery, application of multiple projects. Works closely with the artists in the studio, from Art Directors outwards, to help plan the most efficient and cost-effective project timeline to deliver profitable projects that meet client expectations and deadlines. Responsible for all project documentation and correspondence relating to costings, budgets etc. Ensures that timely, accurate information is gathered on projects in order to ensure prompt client invoicing. Helps plan and manage artists’ workloads so that they can focus on their artwork, where possible, allocating projects that play to their strengths and challenge and motivate them. Manages third party contributors ensuring external resources are procured in a timely way to meet client deadlines and to the Hayes Davidson standard of excellence. Ensures that project reviews are held at the end of each project Reports weekly project health update using Streamtime, measuring project progress.
