We are looking for an exceptionally talented and organised individual with solid project management and procurement experience for large scale and complex international projects relevant to our industries. Whilst project management is the overarching role, there will also be some parallel duties in design and art curation. In addition to project management, our ideal candidate would also have a background and proficiency in either architecture, design, interior design or art curation.

The Lead Project Manager and Designer/Art Curator will report directly to the company Founder/Creative Director and the Commercial Director, as well as manage a small team of designers/curators and project managers.

Location and Salary

The role can be based in either Bristol, UK or M laga, Spain. In Bristol it is an office-based role. In M laga, we would prefer an office-based role, but we are open to partial remote working, with weekly visits to our office. This is advertised as a full-time role, but we are also open to part-time.

Job Requirements

Education and experience

  • Educated to a minimum of a university degree level in project management and/or an architecture, interiors/design, or an art related subject.
  • At least 10 years’ relevant professional experience, qualifications and training in project management and procurement for an international firm.
  • Track record of delivering largescale and complex international projects and programmes.
  • Experience and evidence of successfully managing budgets over ÂŁ1m.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, imports/exports, and overseas logistics solutions.
  • Team leadership and ability to inspire and managing a team of 5 or more.
  • Experience of working closely with client team and managing project relations.
  • Experience of managing suppliers – preferably with experience of working with artists and galleries.
  • Proven technical skills and proficiency with project management software, as well as Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and AutoCAD.
