Essential Qualifications
Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)
Degree/relevant qualification in the subject area

Desirable Skills
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/After Effects/Premiere – modelling, concept art/textures
Experience of working professionally in a relevant creative industry/as an entrepreneur
Experience with Autodesk Maya/Blender – animating, skinning, rigging, texturing, 3D modelling
Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine – animation-to-engine pipelines Drawing and art skills
Job Requirements
Key Tasks
Plan and deliver exciting lessons supporting learner progression, that relate to their needs and interests
Promote safety, wellbeing and safeguarding (CPOMS)
Record attendance and academic notes on Arbor MIS
Track learner progression on the allocated Google Sheets
Develop innovative opportunities for interdepartmental and intradepartmental project collaborations
Use a range of assessment methods and provide outstanding and prompt feedback to inspire learners
Complete learner one-to-one tutorials and individual learning plans on a bi-termly basis
Facilitate the wide-range of enrichment trips and guest speaker events arranged across the year
Work towards a stable learner retention and qualification achievement rate
Undertake in-house training to remain up-to-date with awarding body expectations
Support learners to prepare for their assessed end-of-year project
Job Responsibilities
Salary and Days of Work
35 hours across 5 days a week for 52 weeks per year
35 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays
This is a permanent full-time position

Annual salary will depend on experience teaching experience and qualifications:
Unqualified £28,000
Newly qualified < 1 years teaching experience £33,000
Qualified with 1 years’ experience £34,000
Qualified with 2 years’ experience £35,000
Qualified with 3 years’ experience £36,000
Qualified with 4 years’ experience £37,000
Qualified with 5 years’ experience £38,000
Advanced Teacher Status with 1 years’ experience £39,000
ATS with 1 years’ experience £40,000
ATS with 2 years’ experience £41,000
ATS with > 3 years’ experience £42,000
