This half-day course is designed for creative and cultural professionals, as well as young people, who are passionate about supporting youth-led initiatives and creative development. The course offers comprehensive insights into the principles and practices of mentoring and peer mentoring, emphasising the role of these relationships in promoting and amplifying youth voice.

- Understanding Mentoring Dynamics: Participants will gain a clear understanding of both traditional mentoring and peer mentoring, exploring how each approach can be tailored to empower young people effectively.
