This one-day training session is designed specifically for young and emerging leaders who aim to develop their facilitation skills for working effectively with peers and groups. The course focuses on empowering participants to create inclusive and engaging sessions that amplify youth voice.

  • Adapting to Multiple Intelligences: Drawing from Howard Gardner’s model of multiple intelligences, the training will explore how to tailor facilitation approaches to engage individuals across various intelligences.

 

  • Linguistic Intelligence: Techniques for facilitating through discussion, storytelling, and verbal interaction.

 

  • Logical-Mathematical Intelligence: Structuring activities that involve problem-solving, analysis, and logical thinking.
